Rhapsody Business Assessment

Who's the best person to fill this out?

There are two versions of the Rhapsody Business Assessment.

How long does it take to complete the assessment?

You'll want to set aside a solid hour to complete the Rhapsody Business Assessment. Take the time to think through your responses so they provide the most accurate picture of your business possible.

What kind of information do I need to know in order to complete the Rhapsody Business Assessment?

The Rhapsody Business Assessment collects a wide range of information about your business. It will ask you to assess, on a scale of 1 to 10, how different elements of your business is performing. You will not detailed data at your fingertips in order to complete the assessment.

Do I need to collect my financial information?

We are not conducting a detailed financial analysis of the business but you will need to know your gross revenue and costs for this year and last year.

What do I do if the the question doesn't apply to my business?

Every once in a while, there will be questions that don't seem to apply. First, we encourage you to look for a parallel of the question in your organization. For example, if you happen to lead a non-profit and don't have "Sales" you can treat it as "Fundraising". If you run into a question that simply does not apply, we suggest giving it a score of 5 - the middle score - so it will not unduly shift your overall scores one way or another.

What is the return policy?

As this is an electronic product, there are no returns.

What are the shipping options?

Shipping does not apply as everything will be sent to you electronically to the email address that you provide to us.

What do I do if I never received my order?

You will receive your order almost immediately by email. If, for whatever reason, you have not received any communication with us, please contact us at help@rhapsodystrategies.com with your order number and we will be happy to help you sort it out right away.
